Sligo Southern Hotel, we would like to take this opportunity to congratulate you both on your forthcoming Marriage.
Terms & Conditions
- A provisional booking will only be held for two weeks, at which time it is at the Hotel’s discretion to release the date unless it is confirmed by a deposit
- A non-refundable deposit of €1000.00 is required to secure your booking.
- Should you be forced to postpone your date booked, the original deposit paid to the hotel may be transferred to another date booked within 6 months of the original date.
- Full menu details are required at least 2 weeks prior to your wedding day.
- Final Numbers are required 5 days prior to your reception date, and they will be the minimum numbers charged for. Should your numbers decrease on the day of your function the original confirmed number given stands. Any increase in your attendance will be charged accordingly.
- No beverages of any kind will be permitted to be brought onto the premises by the patrons or any of the patron’s guests or invitees, without special permission from the hotel. Corkage will apply to all beverages brought into the hotel.
- We can offer special overnight accommodation rates based on availability for your guests in addition to the 10 discounted rooms included in your wedding package. All unnamed rooms will be automatically released within a month of the wedding date.
- All entertainment must be approved by the Hotel Management, and must be finished by 2.00am.
- It is assumed that no exceptional noise will be created. If in doubt, please notify the management.
- Only food and beverages supplied by the hotel may be consumed on the premises.
- All prices quoted include VAT, are quoted in euro (€), and are at all times subject to review.
- All accounts must be paid in full on the day following the wedding.
- The hotel reserves the right to cancel or refund deposits in circumstances when a booking is made through a third party or under false pretences. Perspective clients must always meet a member of management by appointment prior to acceptance of the first deposit. Deposits must be paid in person to the hotel, otherwise the hotel reserve the right to cancel the booking
- The Hotel will accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of any equipment, furnishing or other property onto the premises by the customer or persons authorised by the customer.
- The organiser/s shall be responsible for any damage to fittings, furnishings, fire equipment, safety equipment, walls, floors, carpets caused during the function
